Recruitment

What we offer:

  • Work with you to develop job postings, phone screening questions, and prep for interviews in English & Spanish (where necessary)

  • Place ads on major recruitment sites, as well as running ongoing ad in NWM jobs newsletter (currently ~600 are subscribed), sourcing candidates through networks

  • Screen resumes

  • Phone screen candidates who have appropriate qualifications, including testing for Spanish-language written and/or verbal fluency

  • Answer candidate questions about the position, your organization, the salary & benefits

  • Schedule candidates for interviews with your hiring committee

  • Work with candidates on strategic assignments (writing tests, etc.) where appropriate for the day position

  • Run reference checks

  • Conduct salary negotiations
